One year on…
I’ve been blogging for a year! One year ago tomorrow, I wrote my first post. I don’t think I ever managed to keep writing in a paper diary for more than a week, but I’ve kept up with this - and very much enjoy it. And three of my kids blog now too
It’s been quite a year too. The big event was, of course, Toby’s birth
He’s seven months old now, and he’s still tiny, but he’s lovely. It’s getting harder to blog though, now that he’s discovered that bashing my keyboard makes an interesting noise (and makes mum make some interesting noises too LOL)
We had a few less expected events this year too - like buying a house and moving to a different town. That was a difficult decision to make - not so much whether to move, but which house to go for! I think we made the right choice though
There were a couple of negatives this year, but overall it’s been a very good year for us. I’m glad I blogged it!
Wow. A year. Amazing.

happy blogiversary
Happy Bloggiday!
Many happy blogging returns… amazing how time flies, isn’t it?!
It’s fun, isn’t it? I’m amazed at how long I’ve kept mine going for, even though it’s very (ahem) BORING right now
I think probably it’s the comments facility that keeps it fresh enough for me to want to keep doing it.
Joyce! Boring? All that fascinating stuff about your early nursing training? I think not!
do I spot a feedflare?
Um… I don’t think so, Jax, but if I knew what it was, I might be able to answer with more confidence…
Ah, have googled and discovered that a feedflare is a feedburner thing. No, I’m not using FeedBurner. I haven’t really looked into it, but at first glance I don’t see much that it would do for me. Perhaps you can explain?
Congratulations on your anniversary. Have to say, I?ve enjoyed notsheep much-ly!

But then what would I know, I’m a noob (apparently
is the feedflare that funny thing that’s coming through with the categories etc linked to it? Is it a plug in, Deb? Would love to be educated about it, here!
I don’t know if that’s what Jax thinks is a feedflare, but I do know what that is - and yes, it’s a plugin: Better Feeds
